The Production Process

Our production process keeps things as simple as possible for our clients. When you first reach out to us we will have a chat about your business, your goals and any content ideas you have. From there we will craft a tailored video content proposal that details the concept, inclusions and investment of your video production project.

Once you are confident the proposal meets your needs, budget and timeline, the production will officially kickoff!

During pre-production (the part before filming), we will collaborate to develop our master plan ensuring every detail is accounted for. On production day (the filming part), we usually work as a two person crew comprising Video Director and Videographer. The Director leads the team on set and is across all logistics, while the Videographer will ensure all the visual and audio aspects of the shoot are achieved.

Finally, post-production (the editing part). is where the magic happens. Recorded vision is mixed with music, graphics and other elements. An edit preview is sent to the client for feedback, required adjustments made and, excitedly, final delivery of the approved video! Your production will be hosted on a password-protected website and high resolution files delivered straight to your inbox. Fantastic video content ready to deploy.

Your original video will be cut down to your chosen length up to 60 seconds and delivered in landscape (great for Facebook and LinkedIn), portrait (perfect for Stories) and square formats (ideal for Instagram feeds), with custom on-screen titles, graphics and background music and all desired branding.

You also have the option to include a specific call-to-action to direct traffic where you want it to go, making the Social Media Suite the perfect asset for an upcoming campaign or launch!

A Social Media Suite can be added from the beginning of the project so we can work with your marketing team to ensure we capture content specifically for your online audience.
